Nutritional Health Restoration, Inc. is a nutritional practice where we apply “Nutrition Response Testing”, aka NRT^®, to determine your health, organ by organ, system by system, using muscle strength testing of the well-known and proven acupuncture reflex points to determine the nutritional state of each organ and system, and to identify the proper whole food supplements that will permit your body to repair itself and restore normal function. You may have seen other practitioners use similar procedures under the names CRA, AK, Reflexology.

NRT sets itself apart from these other approaches by the precise method of not just identifying organs and systems in distress, but also identifying posssible underlying interferences (i.e. scars, chemicals, metals, viral, bacterial or fungal infections, allergies or sensitivities) that are preventing the proper nutrition from getting to the affected organ or system, causing the disease or dysfunction and then determining the proper whole food supplements that will then permit your body to repair itself and restore normal function.

Sandra L. Waters RN, BSN had over 24 years of diversified nursing experience including pediatrics, neo-natal pediatrics, geriatrics, dialysis, orthopedics, cardiac, oncology (cancer) and chemotherapy, general medical-surgical. She had over 18 years study in nutrition and has seen remarkable results in her nutritional practice. With precisely targeted nutrition here at NHR we have seen people have success in the areas of asthma, Alzheimer's, ADHD, mono, migraine's, allergies, diabetes, insomnia, depression, hot flashes, cerebral palsy, lung disorders, prolapsed heart valves, heart problems, genital warts, autism, G.I. problems, GERD, low energy, painful joints and muscles, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), breast cancer and more.
